Our approach to mindfulness

is a creative one which makes sense for people in Aotearoa New Zealand at this time, while respecting the intention of early Buddhist teachings

 

 

We Teach and Practice meditation and offer beginners sessions on the first wednesday of each month


There’s no fixed fee for One Mindful Breath events.
We welcome contributions towards the cost of future events, and donations for the teachings.
