All over the world, people meditate. Supporting each other in our practice is really important. Whether you’re in Wellington or elsewhere, you practice on your own or are part of a group, if you’re wanting another opportunity to practice you’re welcome to take part in these online secular Buddhist meditation sessions.
Meetings take place on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 19:30–20:30 New Zealand time, and may extend for a further half hour or so if the conversation gets interesting.
Led by Pete Cowley and Ramsey Margolis, we start the session with a 20 minute meditation, follow this with a short period for reflection and journalling, and end with a discussion on an aspect of secular Buddhism. And there are opportunities for questions, of course.
