On the first Wednesday of each month, Beginners’ Mind offers you a chance to experience a short meditation practice. Whether you’ve never meditated before, or perhaps you tried but found it too hard, you’re most welcome to join us. You’ll find that you won’t be trying to ‘stop your thoughts’, and you are learning a useful skill.
