Join us for our weekly Wednesday meditation facilitated by Alex Carr. This week we will focus on cultivating an ethical framework for your daily life that helps to deepen and develop the practice of mindfulness, and reduces suffering, both in yourself and in the wider community.
In this One Mindful Breath session we’ll be meditating, followed by an exploration of one of the eight aspects of an ethical practice in secular Buddhism, ‘complete speech’.
Doors open at 7:15pm, we start at 7:30, and our evening together ends with tea and biscuits. No registration is needed for this event – simply turn up. Please note that there is no fixed fee for this event, but dana (donations) are gratefully accepted.
