It’s a lot easier to build a solid foundation in mindfulness by meditating with others, so join us for a relaxed session led by Alex Carr and take that step towards building a lifelong habit.
A Beginner’s Mind session is suitable for those who are new to meditation, while more experienced mediators will also find it beneficial.
Doors open at 7:15pm, we start at 7:30, and our evening together ends with tea and biscuits. No registration is needed for this event – simply turn up! Please note that there is no fixed fee for this event, but dana (donations) are gratefully accepted.
