On the first Wednesday of each month, Beginner’s Mind offers you a chance to experience a short meditation practice.
We'll then talk about how things went, offer some hints and tips on creating a meditation habit, and answer any questions that may arise.
Whether you’ve never meditated before, or perhaps you tried but found it too hard, you’re most welcome to join us. You’ll find that you won’t be trying to ‘stop your thoughts’, and you are learning a useful skill.
Doors open at 7:15, we start at 7:30, and our evening together ends with tea and bikkies.
