Some members of our sangha (practice community) are committing to meditate daily for the month of July. One challenge of meditating daily is that it can start to feel stale if you only practice one technique over and over again. Over the last 2400 years, a huge number of different techniques have developed so to keep your meditation practice feeling fresh we'll be continuing to explore as many different meditation techniques as we can. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, you'll find something to challenge you!
Like most OMB events, this session is offered without a fixed fee but dana is gratefully accepted. As ever, everyone is absolutely welcome, so come along even if you've never meditated before. Please note that it is not necessary for you to have attended Episode 1 on 13 June.
