Some members of our sangha (practice community) are committing to meditate daily for the month of July. One challenge of meditating daily is that it can start to feel stale if you only practice one technique over and over again. At One Mindful Breath we're committed to supporting each other's meditation practice, so on Wednesday the 12 June we'll be running the first of a two-part session exploring as many different meditation techniques as we can. Over the last 2400 years a huge number of different techniques have developed so we'll have a smorgasbord of options to try. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced meditator, you'll find something to challenge you!
Like most OMB events, this session is offered without a fixed fee but dana is gratefully accepted. As ever, everyone is absolutely welcome, so come along even if you've never meditated before.
