Self-respect

  • Wellington Friends’ Centre 7 Moncrieff Street Mount Victoria Wellington (map)

Zooming in from Barcelona, Bernat Font asked us:

  • Why do we sit?

  • What motivation is there to be ethical?

  • How do we prevent self-compassion from turning into self-pity?’
