One of the benefits of meditation practitioners often experience is they find themselves better able to manage stress and anxiety, and challenge catastrophic and negative thinking. This week is mental health awareness week and we'll be meditating together followed by a group discussion on people’s experiences of how meditation impacts stress and well-being.
Doors open at 7:15pm, we start at 7:30, and our evening together ends with tea and biscuits. No registration is needed for this event – simply turn up! Please note that there is no fixed fee for this event, but dana (donations) are gratefully accepted.
