What do we need to do to live an intentional life? Tonight, we will be discussing the 4th and 5th items from the contemporary reworking of the five ‘mindfulness trainings’ that Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hanh adapted from the traditional five precepts.  These are authentic communication with others and cultivating mental lucidity and clarity.
