Why do you meditate? More to the point, perhaps, why do you want to meditate, and what’s stopping you? Is your practice actually useful, and where might go you with it?
Like everything, we go through different phases and stages with our practice, and it’s good to get a handle on what we’re wanting our practice to do for us, and any goals we might have for it.
