Creating the habit to meditate

We all want to add new habits to our lives, so let’s start with making meditation a habit. Bring a notepad and pen/cil. We’ll learn to;

  • start with small steps;

  • make it easy to do;

  • push yourself into discomfort just a little;

  • with practice, get better at self-discipline.
