In our first meeting of 2018, we will look at what it takes to create new habits, in particular the habit to meditate.

Bring a notepad and pen/cil so you can spend a few minutes reflecting on your meditation session through journalling.

Led by Derek LeDayn and Ramsey Margolis, we’ll end the evening with a quick look forward to what’s coming up in 2018.
