There are many types of enjoyment. The Germans even have one called Schadenfreude, relishing in another’s misfortune. However, the Buddha said that those who behold joy that is based on envy or jealousy suffer, as this does not give them peace of mind.

Zooming in from Sydney, Sylvie Vanasse will explore in an experiential and joyful activity what brings joy to your life, and why is it truly one of the four sublime states.
