Has your mindfulness practice only taken you so far? Do you think there has to be be more to it, but you’re not sure where to look?

Tonight, after practicing a thoughtful, open-minded and open-hearted approach to insight meditation which honours all aspects of our experience led by Ramsey Margolis, you will have an opportunity to journal what happened during your session.

Then, if you wish, you can discuss how your session went and get an idea of how you might develop your practice. Remember, please, to bring a notebook and a pen/cil.
