Meditators and dharma practitioners are spread all around this planet; supporting each other is vital. Reversing the order of the three jewels of traditional Buddhism puts community at the start, followed by the teachings, and then the example set by Gotama, the Buddha.
Whether you’re in Wellington or elsewhere, you practice on your own or are part of a group and you’re wanting additional support for your practice, you’re welcome to take part in our online secular Buddhist practice sessions.
They will take place on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month from 19:30–20:30 New Zealand time, and may extend for a further half hour.
Led by Ramsey Margolis, we’ll start with a short meditation and follow this with a short period for reflection and journalling and end with a discussion and Q&A session.
For more info, speak with Ramsey at a Wednesday evening session, phone or text 021 97 3531 (+64 21 97 35 31 from outside New Zealand) or send an email.
