Because what’s in your mind and heart matters deeply and does not need to be separate from your meditation practice, we invite you to try an open-minded, open-hearted, thoughtful approach to meditation. Led by Ramsey Margolis, this is a reflective insight meditation practice that you simply cannot do wrong.
Practising this gentle, secular skill can yield profound insights as we become increasingly aware of our thinking patterns, which we track our meditation sessions through journalling.
We can also experience a sense of wellbeing and deep tranquility as we learn to tolerate difficult emotional states.
