A meditation session lasts 40 minutes and we follow it with a discussion on mindfulness, meditation, and a secular approach to the Buddha’s teachings.

Breathing through our bodies: an upright, relaxed body and natural breathing are the foundation of meditation practice.

Derek LeDayn has been strongly encouraged by muscle injuries, and the demands of long meditation retreats to find healing ways of sitting, moving, and resting.
