This week, Pete Cowley will lead a walking meditation and follow that with a session of recollective awareness meditation. No booking required, just turn up with a notepad and pen/cil.
A meditation session lasts 40 minutes and we follow it with a few minutes to recollect and, if we want, journal what happened during our meditation.

We then discuss how things went during the session and other matters related to mindfulness, meditation, and a secular approach to the Buddha’s teachings.
