A meditation session lasts 30-40 minutes and we follow it with a few minutes to recollect and, if we want, journal what happened during our meditation.
We may then discuss how things went during the session, other matters related to mindfulness, meditation, and a secular approach to the Buddha’s teachings.

And it's potluck night – as it's the final Wednesday of the month please bring something to eat and drink to share at the end of the evening.
