A meditation session lasts 30-40 minutes and we follow it with a few minutes to recollect and, if we want, journal what happened during our meditation.
We may then discuss how things went during the session, other matters related to mindfulness, meditation, and a secular approach to the teachings of Siddhattha Gotama, the man we know as the Buddha.
