Starting & nurturing a meditation practice

In plain English on the 1st Wednesday of every month, this is the evening you bring your friends to, one at which absolute beginners will feel comfortable.

We’ll start with a short guided meditation on the breath, follow that with a short walking meditation and end with a meditation on loving kindness.
